Every human being is asking, has asked, or will ask these questions: Who am I? Why am I here? What is wrong with the world? and Can what is wrong be made right? It is very important that Christians not only answer these questions, but answer them in a manner that distinguishes the Christian worldview from all others. Paul gives us a model for doing so in Colossians chapter one.

A man who had every worldly excuse to follow in the failed footsteps of life in the inner city. He stood up and became a man amongst men. Daily, he teaches me, through Christ, how to be a better man myself. God truly is Wonderful.

I need a week to recover from the profundity of this message. Every time I listen to pastor Voddie I am reminded of the magnitude and sheer importance of preserving and proclaiming the Gospel; why Christ is the ONLY way and truth and hope for mankind. Thank you so much for sharing this❤ Thank God for preachers who are more of Christ and less of themselves.

We are foolish. We have part like Islam, Christ, Budhist, etc etc but god have not preached to being living being. Is there a equal religeon to have god simple?

Easter actually DOESN’T have anything to do with the resurrection of Jesus, just as Christmas has nothing to do with the ACTUAL birth of Jesus.

@@gfbc1689 just pointing out the facts 🤷🏽‍♀️ Voddie read that part about not celebrating Easter (due to it being related to the resurrection of Jesus) as if it weren’t true. The day Jesus was resurrected CANNOT be a different day every year, and sometimes even a different month. But somehow Christians believe in this pagan ritual. It is true, that we should NOT celebrate Easter (fertility “goddess” Ishtar); Or Christmas (winter solstice); or Halloween (Satan’s literal worship day); or Thanksgiving; or any other pagan holiday. I never said it wasn’t a good sermon. Christians shouldn’t partake in ANY “gentile” traditions. “Hear the word which the Lord speaks to you, O house of Israel. Thus says the Lord: “Do not learn the way of the Gentiles; Do not be dismayed at the signs of heaven, For the Gentiles are dismayed at them. For the customs of the peoples are futile; For one cuts a tree from the forest, The work of the hands of the workman, with the ax. They decorate it with silver and gold; They fasten it with nails and hammers So that it will not topple. They are upright, like a palm tree, And they cannot speak; They must be carried, Because they cannot go by themselves. Do not be afraid of them, For they cannot do evil, Nor can they do any good.” Inasmuch as there is none like You, O Lord (You are great, and Your name is great in might), Who would not fear You, O King of the nations? For this is Your rightful due. For among all the wise men of the nations, And in all their kingdoms, There is none like You. But they are altogether dull-hearted and foolish; A wooden idol is a worthless doctrine. Silver is beaten into plates; It is brought from Tarshish, And gold from Uphaz, The work of the craftsman And of the hands of the metalsmith; Blue and purple are their clothing; They are all the work of skillful men. But the Lord is the true God; He is the living God and the everlasting King. At His wrath the earth will tremble, And the nations will not be able to endure His indignation.” ‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭10‬:‭1‬-‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

HOLY BIBLE Habakkuk 3:9 Thy bow was made quite naked(bare), according to the oaths of the tribes (oaths were sworn over your arrows), even thy word, Selah. Thou didst cleave(divided) the earth with rivers. Our LORD, GOD and SAVIOUR did create the simplest fabric(H²O) to sustain all of life here on earth. Just as the Jordan and the Euphrates are made of this fabric, so to also are the Bow and the Elbow. LIFE IS BUT A VAPOUR (H²O) 🙌 Drinking to much of this fabric (H²O), can indeed be a toxin. 🙌ALLELUIA🙌 A-men' 🌿
