The Swingset Glitch of Mafia 1 (Omerta Space Program)

Everyone knows the GTA "swingset of death" but Mafia 1 also had some very similar physics glitches.
In this video we look at 2 methods; "The Black Metal" and "Lost Heaven Space Program" as it is known by some fans.

3:36 That throw made me jealous! 5:31 that scene is 5 stars 😂😂 That was a great find! Weird also how the Lassiter has one of its wheels invisible, but it can happen sometimes without warning 🤷‍♂️ 11:11 Really loved it 😂 Great clips and what a finding! Great job doing the montage 👍

for a 20 years old open world game, it amazed me how HUGE the map is, considering there ain't even loading times (like GTA 3 and VC did)

Because Mafia was actually made for PC and not for weak ass consoles like GTA. The Pc version was then later ported to console and not the other way around like GTA. Imagine what GTA could have been when they did the same.

I just love how legacy Mafia game engine still renders the entire city even if there is no designed possibility to fly in this game.

N0ughty b0y, you randomly popped up in recommendations and hats off, your videos are great! I have a suggestion: with similar methods, will you be able to make the game reach its 32-bit integer limit to demonstrate some unique glitches, like Minecraft does with its Far Lands, for example? The first thing that Mafia engine surprised me with, is the fact that you won't respawn, once you react the so called "Lost Hell" and it will freeze instantly the speed of a vehicle. This told me that some fancy stuff could happen, once you surpass that mathematical 32-bit limit and make the game go crazy.

Physics and damage models in GTA IV are some of the greatest ever made. Mafia was ahead of its time in this aspect too.

It is funny that Mafia is created in such a way that you dont see city from up perspective. Thus, the city looks very interesting :D

Which mod allows you choose special cars in singleplayer? Further, which mods you suggest to hack singleplayer story mode with more weapons, etc.

MafiaCon can do all that. However the vehicles shown in this video were obtained without mods.

@@n0ughtyb0y In forward I can't find any kind of list about the commands for the mafia console - even the readme and carlist is short. Does not even describe giveweapon commands
