I don't think people fully appreciate the knowledge he's sharing in this video. He is giving out some amazing tips. How he cut the chicken breast to loosen it up. Using only egg whites to make it fluffier. How double frying actually helps the chicken to retain less oil. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, kind sir. I'll be incorporating these techniques into my cooking.

This is why I really like the eastern chefs. The meticulous attention to detail and the straightforward instructions make duplicating the recipes super easy. Gordon Ramsey uses this method as well, and I've got a lot of his vids.

One of my favorite dishes!!!! So glad to see you make this with chicken breast. Most only make it with chicken thighs and dont take the care/time to clean/prepare it well. I cant wait to try this!!!! You make all the recipes attainable!!!! and I love that you explain the history & why things are done a certain way!!!
