Which ingridient gave red colour to cooked food? He added soya sauce, oyester sauce, black pepper; all black coloured ingridients but the final look has bright and shining red colour in dish. Miraculous!!!

In Seattle, there is a shop at Pikes Place Market …. That makes something similar to these. Only the outside, is more cooked, and golden brown. And they have fillings like Barbecue Pork. And also this filling, and texture (steamed). Both are Delicious 😋 …. But I lean more towards the, baked golden brown one. Now, I’ll have to try this.

Doesn't work. Followed instructions precisely. No bubbling of the skin at all. Just rock hard. Total failure.
