My intention was to make this simple, and for the most part it is. These three things if worked into daily life in a healthy way, such as meditating for 15 minutes first thing in the morning to clear the mind and set intentions for the day. Taking 15 minutes to write and release overthinking instead of watching TV. Working with intentional and/or guided meditations for even 5 minutes right before you lay down to sleep. Throughout the day observe your thoughts, get to know self love and kindness. Make it a habit.
That is 35 minutes a day for your mental health.
I’d say it’s worth it.
