The show is terrific and in some ways it turned out to be better dynamic and more interesting than the movie. I always wanted to see a more detailed adaptation of the book. And now the dream has half come true. It turned out to be a great show. The actors have very good chemistry. But what a disappointment that the show was cancelled. The first season ended at the most interesting point and so much from the book could still be shown. There should be a second season. Claire and Henry's story needs to be told to the end. And it doesn't matter what the critics think.

I think he may be referring to the fact that Theo is having to play 2 different Henry’s in this scene. Not saying that Rose isn’t brilliant too.

Fascinating to see what is involved. The two Henrys in the kitchen was hilarious. At the same time, I found the scene of 'old' Henry with Ingrid very moving. The series is great. Please give us a second season. ❤️🙏🏻

Great job on this scene. Not once did I think, “Oh, that’s a special effect”. Which is rare when a character is duplicated.

@@joeywitter659 they have teased the end already. I think we will get a speed up version of the 2/3 part of the book, unless they wanna continue with a certain person we haven't met yet 😉 u know who ( I'm trying so hard not to spoil anything 😂)

@@Jasmin-rb2ob I would hope if they are planning on doing this that the person has to be present in at least some of the scenes. I mean 41 year old Henry could be keeping mute about them in order to maintain continuity with everyone's timeline previous to their introduction to everyone. Heck, the events surrounding this person would probably take up a whole show considering Henry's condition. I think I will leave it here. It is so difficult to not spoil the story by accidentally implying more than you want to reveal.

@@Riftsrunner we have already seen them 🤷🏻‍♀️ I know that part of their story takes up so much and the last episode is called „the wedding video“ but they happen so long after this event, I think they will cut a lot out of the story to get to the teased end in just 2! episodes 😩 that will be rough for book fans 😂😅🥲

I enjoyed watching this scene. Amazing cast and director, great adaptation. I hope there would be a season 2! We only have 2 episodes (midway point) of Audrey Niffenegger 's best selling book.
