really like this model - do they only do it in siding or do they also do it in stucco? Also can you let me know what the dimensions are in each room and how much additional would be to have the builder add a pool and extend the lanai with an enclosed area for the pool - i understand if its only an estimate - thanks

My response yo you keeps disappearing. Sorry about that. In that community, no block/stucco in these models. However they have another community with equally gorgeous floorplans that are block/stucco. Although siding/frame is built to withstand the exact same as block/stucco. With these builders of spec homes, you can add a pool and modify after closing on the home on your own. I can send you more info via email. Hi Charnie. Do you enjoy living in Florida ? What do you think about Las Cruces New Mexico ? No hurricanes, affordable homes, low property tax, stucco homes with tile roofs, courtyards, great weather...

No I would never live in New Mexico. If I have to choose between a desert and FL, that's an easy choice. People from NM move here. My neighbors are from NM. I'm happy here. I live in Marion County, which means cheaper taxes, rarely any hurricane ever hits us here and I get to live in the great Sunshine state. Millions fled their states to come here starting 2019 and it hasn't stopped. I'm guessing for good reasons. I'm happy here. Florida is great state. But glad you like there in NM. You should be happy with YOUR choice.
