Butter is a dairy product made from the fat and protein components of churned cream . Churning is the process of shaking up cream or whole milk to make butter. in India traditional Butter churn is operated by pulling the rope to spin the paddles inside the jar. In Europe from the Middle Ages untill the Industrial Revolution, churn was as usually as simple as a barrel with a plunger in it.
Many believe that ancient nomadic people would attach sacks containing milk to their pack animals and the cream was eventually churned into Butter!
Ghee is a class of clarified butter that originated in India. It is commonly used in Indian cuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine, traditional medicines and religious rituals.

In making Ghee 1 kg, How much litres milks required ?
