The pocket dimensions the triglavians reside in are probably inspired by the mini-universes and 4th dimensional space fragments from the third book the series the "Three Body Problem" is a part of, "Deaths End".

You know what this gave me an idea since each ships from the trig line is made by a specific clade I am gonna try and hold a damavik and kikimora fleet for my alliance and after every kill in local we will type: "the 2 clades perun and svarog have united to create an unbreakable force and that balance shall not be disturbed"

There's a lot to the history that probably explains them pretty well. The jovians survive the collapse of the Eve Gate because they had ended up colonizing the territory that was not quite connected to New Eden. Shortly after Eve Gates collapse the first Jovian empire built up, but it fell into a civil war between the two facets of Jovian Society. To understand them, one has to know that the jovians originally started colonizing new Eden before the jump Gates and jump drive technology. This led to their colony ships being sleeper ships that had the majority of the colonist in cryo-sleep, with only the crew being awake. This led to the first Jovian empire being divided between those who were awake during the voyage and those who were sleepers during the voyage. The first Jovian Empire was basically on par with the current new Eden Empires minus the capsular tech. Not much has showin up in the lore about it other than that it collapsed into a Civil War that stagnated their development until the second Jovian Empire begins, out of the victors. Now everything posted about the second Jovian Empire seems to indicate that the sleeper sde of their society was the one who won the Civil War. For what's knowin of the second Jovian Empire, it was most likely the people who built the orbital structure around Caroline’s star. It seems that they discovered, using that orbital structure, how to open wormholes and while going through the wormholes ran into the Sleepers/Drifters. From what the lore hints at, the sleepers are literally sleepers, as in the jovians that were in cryo-sleep and their ships simply never arrived at a destination they could colonize. To understand that you got to go further back in the lore and you will find that the colony ships had the cryogenically frozen jovians connect it in a artificial reality, kind of like the Matrix. The lore hints at the sleepers possibly that the drones called sleeper drones are actually flown by sleepers that are still in those artificial realities. Now The Drifters seem to come out of what destroyed the second Jovian Empire. It was destroyed from a war between them and AIs. In the early attempts to enhance themselves, the jovians toyed with installing AI implants into themselves to heighten their intelligence. This resulted in some of the rogue AIs taking over the bodies they were implanted in and started the war. Now it's really not explained rather the Drifters are AI survivors from this war, or if "their" one super AI that controls all the Drifters. But in the end it is clear that the Drifters are AI from the second Jovian Empire. New Eden's version of the Borg. Now fast forward all the way up to now, it's hard to say but the Triglavians are I think a possible third path from the Second Empire. The first two paths of course being the Jovians who were the Third Empire ( the jovians of the eve game universe), and The Drifters who are the jovians who fell under the AI during the fall of the second Jovian Empire. I haven't found a database of screenshots and didn't make any of my own back when I was playing PVE and hunting the story. So sadly, all I can say is play the PVE story and you'll see it if you want to.

Intersting Analogy I never thought about it. A friend from the Edencom Alliance speaks of an Endgame battle between traglavian vs. Drifter and the Return of the Jove empire I never gave it so much thought. I will look into this.

Still a new comer to this universe and looks like it is getting interesting off the bat. As to this faction's message it sounds a bit like a warning, something being destroyed, and the marking of a person.

In Slovenia, There is a mountain - actually the tallest mountain - called Triglav. From the deep within the core of the mountain an energy centre was discovered to project energy across mountain ranges further across the land, split into three by the three peeks of mount Triglav and were measured by researchers and one of them, who is very adept at reading and feeling them went out of his way to create Litho-punctual geomantic stones carved out of rocks that draw this energy and distributes it into its surroundings along these energy lines. On these stones are carved "Cosmo-grams" that code this neutral energy with informational substance and gives it specific frequency. I beleive that drifters are remnants of Jovian AI that turned on their masters.I think the Jovians made contact with earth and that Triglavians were somehow involved in that contact,perhaps as a survivor faction of the Earth after the New Eden connection collapsed... Someone brought up an intereting theory that the triglavians are actually fighting against something very powerful and ancient While abyssal space is good for basing and very good to defend it is terribly resource inefficient so to balance that they learned about new eden and invaded in order to balance the resource disparity and continue their mission Which would also explain why they havent moved much out of pochven and their living off the land approach

I have an hypothesis about the drifter. I think they are an ancient capsuleers that manage to advance way far up ahead than any other races in eve and decided to live off grid and they encounter other race called triglavian and fought for centuries. Now, triglavian knows the source of where those drifter came from so they decided to invade new eden to annihilate capsuleers because due to the fact that drifters are capsuleers... and one thought in my mind could be the drifters are from earth? Where all the capsuleers came from when the expedition started?

Abyssal Dead Space is probably the territory that used to be human space before the New Eden wormhole collapsed and the Triglavians are the survivors who rebuilt. Or maybe the wormhole opening in the first place shoved the beings living in New Eden into Abyssal Dead Space and pulled nearby systems together to form the New Eden we know.

These guys feel like if some Joves broke off, went full Clan from Battletech, but instead of being focused on honour and combat, I think they’ve focused on trying to understand time or space-time, and extend this to several millennia of isolation, and these humans mental patterns must be completely alien. Hell, if they threw in some actual aliens (oh god please no), they might be easier to communicate with then the Trigs. But at least they are trying! The Trigs are an offshoot of the Jovians.They inhabited new Eden along with the other Jovians,Endhuanni,Zhi Zhang and Talocan.The Jovian disease affected them in the second empire which also destroyed the Zhi Zhang corporation,and forced the Talocan and most Jovians to flee the galaxy.The Endhuanni were confined to 1 system where they ascended.

the way I see the trigs they may have been a faction of the jovian empire that what was happening with the use of implants and more automated technology taking over and decided to leave. When they left though they ended up finding a old jovian research station with some filaments or they created them is some sort of experiment and found abbsyal space but were able to keep an eye on the universe that they left behind. and in the video that was playing on the billboards zorya says about destroying the Sansha Nation but so far nothing has happened against them.

I wish I found the game as much fun as its lore and look.

My knowledge of EVE's lore is limited to occasionally playing when I'm in the mood plus reading the novels, some EVE wikia articles, and watching some EVE related KZfaq videos so I apologize if some of my ideas have been discredited, or if there is basic EVE knowledge that I don't have which would alter my theories. Was it ever discovered what happened to Earth, and Human civilization outside of New Eden? I used to wonder if the Eve gate had been collapsed deliberately by a New Eden independence movement that didn't understand or care about the side effects. Then later I started wondering if perhaps some overwhelming hostile force, or plague was devastating the rest of human space and the EVE gate was taken out in an attempt to protect New Eden from whatever was wiping out the rest of humanity. Now I'm wondering if there was a war between human factions outside New Eden and New Eden was a choke point between the two sides. One side decided the war was hopeless so they collapsed the EVE Gate to prevent hostile forces from reaching their home territory, or to cut the flow of reinforcements and supplies to enemy fleets that were in their space. The Drifters and the Triglavians could be the descendants of those factions, or maybe one is the descendants of the faction that was losing and the other are descendants of members of the other side who were cut off from their homes when the EVE Gate went down.

Ive been fighting Triglavians in New Eden for about a week now and i think many other capsuleers should help in the war.

My Corporation is the only corp in eve history to have an eve chronicle done about it. Black Omega Security. It was about an Angel Cartel Pilot facing down BOS pilots...but they had us in Amarrian ships Apocalypse Battleships...they couldn't have been more wrong LOL we flew Mostly Caldari with a mix of Minmatar. And our sister corp in the Curse Alliance Vengeance of the Fallen made it to Jove space. The only corporation to do so. They found nothing, Nothing at all.

Why is so hard to find a guide on how to play Triglavian content as an alpha?

Yeah I am kind of disappointed the 4 empires don't play a bigger role. There really is no point in being loyal Amar or Caldari ship captain other than the type of ship you could get.
