He sure did. :-( We bought the K1 Max and it crapped out the 1st day! Firmware sent the print head to 260 printing a small petg part and now I have filament stuck way up past the heat break. Now, Creality customer support has been delaying giving us a full refund for 5 days now! The other issues: Extruder parts when it was first released were a bad design. They knew this yet put a bunch out there for creators to have to deal with. Heat break is bad design and the latest firmware release can cause runaway heating! There customer support people are trained to be evasive. *I don't believe this crap about a language barrier!* Hopefully they'll change their ways but right now I would not recommend Creality to anyone.
