@conor harris at 6:30 you mention bone changing, could you elaborate on that? Are you saying the connective tissue around the process is shifting or does this excercise change the actual shape of the femur itself? Thanks this is a great tutorial

If i stand in a half-splits position and shift my weight onto the left hip i can feel my right adductor get very flexed and stretched, however if i shift my weight onto the right hip i dont feel my left adductor at all and i can feel everything in my slightly painful left hip, does anyone know what's going on with that?

Any good mobility for disc degeneration. I’m getting very flexible but I’ve noticed some stretches will leave me flared up the next day.

@@shamaniccolonic777 thank you. Will take a look. Sitting Indian style with forehead to ground hold for 2 minutes for 3-4 sets has helped drastically!!

@@mikebrown4433 You basically just lie on your back and still all of your movement while imagining trying to fall through the floor. Combine this stillness with slow deep breathing, extended conscious exhales and you will find yourself falling into a state beyond relaxation where your whole body tingles. Benefits every area of your life and then some 🙏

I thought I had ppt but I had swayback with lumbar flexion and secrum counter nutation. Which is fucked. It's like pelvis forward and c spine, you can check it by standing and if you feel a like your weight is on front of the foot then congrats you have swayback+++. NOTE : YOU CAN NEVER HAVE TOO MUCH PPT, IF YOU THINK U HAVE PPT THEN YOU MAY HAVE ONE OR COMBINATION OF MULTIPLE COMPENSATION 😊
