Famous people can get away with a lot of things, rich people even more, so being rich AND famous (aka pearl) makes it so you can get away with basically everything. Pearl was probably allowed to keep it if she promised Sheldon not to use it in battles. (And yes, I know she broke that promise during the final splatfest, but she was probably allowed to that time since it was a special event.)

Yeah, it’s not hard to notice. The balls in the game also have the infinity symbol, which is just an 8 lying down. Almost everything in the deep sea metro is a reference to 8, since the dlc was first released during the year of the octopus, which they literally said in the announcement of the dlc.

I used the male in multilayer cus I don't see the hairstyle but yea it doesn't even come close lol (Tho I forgot to switch for splat 3 story mode)

I never play this game, but i know the lore, the characters and the gameplay, but even after all this time since this game came out, i don't understand why the comunity hate pearl...i think she is awesome, quite anoying but a good...squid?

I don't think people really hate her, simply make jokes about her usually but tbh some people just have their opinions. Also partly cus most people consider Marina > Pearl and Squid Sisters > Off the Hook. Fight me on that second opinion lol
