The UTIMATE CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FROSTING is a dream cake! The texture of the cake is light and fluffy. It is moist and has a tender crumb. Interestingly, strong coffee perfectly balances the cocoa powder flavour making the chocolate cake excellent taste. Moreover, the frosting used is smooth, creamy and best complement the flavour of the chocolate.
The UTIMATE CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH FROSTING was used as a birthday and money cake. You can just imagine how happy the celebrant was as well as the guests!
The video is made up of two parts: making the chocolate cake and the chocolate frosting.

THE ULTIMATE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Ingredients
Mixture 1:
3 C all-purpose flour
1 C cocoa powder
2 t baking powder
2t baking soda
1 t salt
Mixture 2:
1 ½ C whole milk
1 T vinegar
Mixture 3:
2 ½ C white sugar
3 large eggs
¾ C vegetable oil
1 ½ C strong hot coffee
1 t vanilla essence
Utensils used:
2 round baking pans (9 “x 1 ½ “)
Angled spatula for frosting
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Ingredients:
½ C butter
8 oz cream cheese
3 C powdered sugar
½ C cocoa powder
1-2 T whole milk
1 t vanilla essence
