Yum, yum, yum! Since I asked you about making tatale last year, I'm sooo happy you've finally uploaded the recipe. Thank you so much! This was my staple growing up in La as a child and when I went back recently, I did not see any of the street vendors cooking or selling tatale - but now I can have a go myself. Quick question: were onions always a feature in tatale (I don't seem to remember that), or is that your own innovation? And I have "liked" this video - I always watch your videos and salivate but forget to hit the thumbs up. Will remember now.
