You don't need any equipment for today's Pilates workout, just make sure you have enough room to stretch out on the ground with your arms and legs extended. I love this workout so much. The opening sequence I love how I can feel my abs contracting to pull my legs back to center. I love how it activates my core for the rest of the workout!
