So, there are these people who workout and don't have a trainer, and don't have a gym, and don't know about their body and they explore all the programs and the trainers so they look for a custom workout and they look through all the movements so look here I wanna do upper body I hit chest. anybody who wants to do a workout in their home can do it with tonal.
