Prior to our trip I read some negative reviews about the Venetian, but we didn't have any problems, the service was outstanding!

1. Do not worry about the luggage or check-in! We left our luggage with the valet parking assistant (complimentary, loved it!). He helped us to take our luggage out of the car and gave us a receipt. In 30 minutes our luggage was delivered to our room (we came around 2:30 p.m. and it was a little bit busy, that is why it took 30 minutes. You have to be in your room to accept the luggage). Then, we went straight to the Prestige Check-in area and got a room key. You will not need to wait in line in the main lobby of Palazzo, go straight to the Prestige Club Lounge. Your name will be on the list with the security. 2. Breakfast menu is different every morning. I made a video of a breakfast only once within our 4 night stay. One day we had sausage, the next day - bacon. 3. We loved the Happy Hour! The time worked the best for us. It was nice to have a drink (or a couple) and hors d'oeuvre every night. Again, the menu was different every day. One night we loved hors d'oeuvre so much and we were so full that we cancelled our dinner reservation at the restaurant. The outstanding service we got and a lovely quite atmosphere was on the menu as well. I just want to mention that in this video my husband and I shared our personal experience, and we were really surprised how smoothly our stay was. Enjoy your trip!

@@mygreedytravelblog Thank you so much for replying! We won't be using valet as we are flying in and using a taxi to get to the hotel. I imagine they can do the same with the luggage though. I'm grateful for your info about the food. I'm not a big eater and the portion sizes in the USA are quite large so I think the Prestige will end up saving me money with the breakfast and hors d'oeuvres what with the price of food and cocktails in the restaurants being so high right now. It is so helpful hearing from someone who has stayed there and had the experience. I am very excited as we haven't been away for a long time, so also a bit nervous. Thanks for sharing your lovely trip with us all.

My pleasure! Assistants at the front door will take care of your luggage and they will direct you to the Prestige Club. Being the Prestige Club guests you may eat at both Lounges. If (for a change) you stop at the Venetian Lounge for a Happy Hour, ask for Ermando, he recommended us the best drinks! Ermando is from Italy and he knows much about food and drinks. He was great! Have fun!

Both, my husband and I, found the breakfast options at the Prestige Club very convenient and fulfilling. You can use both Prestige Clubs: the Palazzo Lounge is on the 23rd floor and the Venetian Prestige Lounge is on the 36th floor. We liked them both. We enjoyed the breakfast every day and then we went to explore. It saved us a lot of time (and money!). If you choose not to go with the Prestige Club, another great place for breakfast or brunch is the Tableau Restaurant at the Wynn hotel, it's about a 10 minute walk from the Venetian. Also, do not hesitate to ask the Prestige Club Concierge for any additional options! They are helpful!

In our room we didn't have a sofa-sleeper. However, the suite's description says that "full-size sofa-sleeper is upon availability". It doesn't say anything about its max occupancy. I would call the hotel's reservationist to get more information. (:

I don't recall the number of the suite. It was on the 35th floor facing the Strip and the Venezia Pool. I asked for the quietest room and it was far from the hall and elevators.

@@mygreedytravelblog We have that same suite reserved for a four night stay in September with a City strip view, but we want to have the Southside with the High Roller out our window. Thanks though for answering back.

Kids are welcomed to the Prestige Lounge. The first 2 guests are covered by the Prestige Club option. For any additional guest between ages 5 and 20, there is an additional $50.00 charge per guest. If the guest is 21 or over, then there is a $75.00 fee per guest.
