I really like the lightning build. Feels like a lot of instant chain lightnings with stormkeepers and tempest plus a ton of earthquake spamming in AOE. What does everyone dislike about it?

@@nlerias1 we dislike that tempest sucks so much that its actually a big dps increase to run a macro on lightning bolt that cancels tempest aura and lets us cast the lightning bolt. =p

@@Diguez I meant the Rapid Fire Barrage (because lets be real, no one will take standard Barrage on its own). Volley provides Trickshots as long as it is on the battlefield, so all those Rapid Fires from the Barrage will bounce.

btw currently it is a gain of dps to do a cancel aura to remove tempest procs and cast the lightning bolt =p imagine designing hero talent tree where u activelly want to remove the hero spell XD roflmao shaman has so many problems baseline that hero talents just came and increased those even more. needs a rework from ground up

That's the reason I dropped shaman this season and switched to warlock. There is no hope for shaman (both DPS) unless they turn it up side down....

Came here to say this. Don't judge BM right now based on damage, it's completely screwed until they fix the bugs.

@@MarcelianOnline This would make be a good discussion video idea. The winner's of the hero talents/ "reworks" talent wise feel amazing. While the losers well ugh yea. It's crazy atleast to me. That they are looking to move toward more "evergreen features" for wow. With hero talent's being the first of these new "evergreen features". That literally everyone will interact with right away. It's the most important one to nail. You can't have only 1/2 of them be good to great. With the remaining 1/2 being made of eh it's alright. But it's not as good as one of the better ones. Or even worse, some are just down right awful. Like pack leader could of been an email. One of the cornerstones of your expansion/path forward on your new push for ever green features. Is already falling flat on it's face. I hate to say it. But I see them being almost as polarizing as covenants. It's great that you can freely swap them. But if some just are boring or suck visually. They will start to get disliked. Throw in the impossibility of trying to balance a system like this. You have a recipe for disaster. You have these specs, some of which don't have fun or interesting gameplay. Don't look cool. In the cases of hunters. Both Dark Ranger and Pack leader are meh at best. With the later being well, some one has to be last tier. Sorry about your luck. You have all that going on just gameplay/visual wise. Then you have to start trying to answer. What if one of your hero talent specs is great/cool, but the other sucks? What if the one that sucks is better dps/hps? It's going to feel awful. All the while you get to be jealous of the cool kids on the block, that got really cool ones. Or ones that got balanced to be closer to each other. Good luck trying to salvage them in 11.5/7 or 11.1. If you even can. What ripcord is their to pull exactly? More dev time/redesigning them is all you can do. But if they launch with what I fear will be the above problems. It won't matter what you do in 11.5/7 or 11.1 Just like with covenants even once the rip cord was pulled. The damage was done. The system was already mortally wounded. It's crazy how this wasn't a bigger priority for them. Delves could flop. Would it suck yea. But it's not expansion breaking. People can still do what they always have done raids, m+ and pvp. If hero talents flop? If I have to sit and look at my friends with all these cool toys. While I sit here with crap. I'm not waiting around for them to maybe fix them in a couple months. I'm just going to quit. Then it won't matter if delves are good. It won't matter that warbands are shaping up to be cool quality of life. It won't matter if your new m+ affixes where good or not. It won't matter if your new battle ground was good. The main way I interact with the game. Isn't cool or fun. So why would I keep playing?

Too many talents that make one spell buff another spell, making for weird rotation interactions and punishing any mistakes, imo. It feels more confusing than fun.

@@TheNynax True! I think a rework will benefit both lightning and fire build and the hero talents as well but it needs to happen soon! so people have time to test it!

I agree with everything but the fact that seed should be our main air ability. While I do like using it once in a while it being 90% of our damage isn’t fun, I don’t feel like an affliction lock I just feel like a worse version of destruction tbh.
