Today we check out the areas of Green Grove Hill, LaGrange, Edenfield, Waters Edge, Shady Brooks, Oak Hallow, Well Point and Moultrie Creek in The Villages. Just an easy flyover cruising the area and looking at the development.

I love the slow flyovers of the construction sites. It gives my brain time to figure out what I'm looking at. I can't wait for the Southern Oaks Bridge to open to golf carts. That will save me around 20 minutes getting from St. Catherine to the Magnolia Plaza areas. Thank for the great video.

Love the videos and the speed at which you fly. Any chance you’ll be shooting video in the Moultrie Creek south of 470, I understand lots are being sold there currently thanks. Appreciate you considering a fly over there.

As always an excellent video. I think the road from the Bexley Bridge to Monarch Grove will be too narrow and present a bottleneck in the traffic. Wonder why The Villages did that? Thanks again for the flyover video.

I would like to get out there on a golf cart when the bridge opens. I am really looking forward to the buildout of the areas south of the turnpike.
