Good video and the techie screen overlays were very cool and informative. The Google Man and trip progress indicator at the top left were my favorites. You may have just set a new standard for The Villages ride along videos. Everyone needs to up their game:) I look forward to more.

Fenney was started in 2017. The Everglades Rec Center features National Parks. Be sure to stop at every stop sign whilst driving in a golf car!! Loft apartments are slated for the “round area” pointed out. Please respect the 10 mph speed limit on the Morse Bridge!!

My Dad lived in Spanish springs in the 70's and now my husband and I just bought a home in Dunedin. Looking forward to moving in !

I'm late to the party, but i really enjoyed your ride. I have a question about approaching Spanish Springs. When exiting most neighborhoods I thought you don't go through the electric arm with the cars, you turn left and follow a path around it. But approaching Spanish Springs you moved left out of the multi modal trail and excited through the gate arm with cars, then crossed a roadway. Is that unique to Spanish Springs? When we last visited my cousin in TV, we stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Spanish Springs and rented a golf cart, but i don't remember which ways we went in and out of the square.

When you were going around the square you should have kept going around north by Panera bread you would have saved some time instead going back the way you came into Lake Sumter Square probably less than 1/8 a mile. You don’t have go through the shopping center parking lot. Just a thought .

Awesome video. If one is on a road with cars and a golf cart, bicycle path; what happens if you come upon a bike rider and there are cars passing on your left? Does one just have to slowdown and keep behind the bike? Can you pass the bike if the coast is clear on your left? Thanks.

We like watching your videos. My husband's sister and BIL are building in St Catherine and we're interested in moving there when we retire. We currently live in Williamsburg, VA. What part of VA are you from? You said the humidity is about the same? I hope so, though I have a hard time with humidity after growing up in the desert in the southwest. 🥵

What kind of binoculars are those and do you highly recommend them for nature watching?

I've had a dashcam in my car since 2015, where did you get the aerial view that's sometimes shown in the lower left? Did you use an editor to insert that afterwards? To get the speed on the screen your dashcam has a GPS? Thanks, I've lived in TV since 2011.
