Thanks for the great information, Eastport will be a great addition for those currently living in the southern end of The Villages and certainly for all the new neighborhoods being developed around Eastport.

Riverbend rec center has a couple of sand volleyball courts. Every time I am over there the courts are in use. They play a game with pickleball like paddles and what looks like a little heavier ball. Looks like fun.

That sounds like ‘Beach Tennis’. I played while visiting my friend last summer. It’s a lot of fun! I can’t remember the name of the rec center but I think it is more centrally located.

Definitely in or near the Middleton area but there is magnolia plaza not too far away with Publix.

How deep can you dig till you reach water down there? Is that lake filled with alligators?
