That was s BS excuse to give David the final “ok” (this is nothing new to hear) but 2. That the company co-signs the continuous use of racism as a joke. I don't watch these people, but I always thought Matt had very chill vibes and was probably just mixed in with the wrong people. However, him saying learn how to take a joke when someone went to check on their friend is such an asshole move. They ended an entire friendship over one covid test and then made jokes about it online. A covid test, not even the vaccine, but instead something that takes maybe 10 minutes and is just a q-tip in the nose. I'm glad someone there had the decency to check on Erin.

A few things: when all you do is say mean shit about your friends, its hard to tell whether you are actually friends or not at certain point and its even harder to hold them accountable bc any criticism can be under "they were just joking" and the whole excuse of "it was just a joke stop taking it so seriously" proves that 1. In celebrity roasts people tell jokes about each other that are at least partially true, or else nobody would be laughing about made up stuff. It wouldnt make sense if every joke about someone was about them being racist and they actually werent at all, it would just be random insults. And even in that case, why would you choose something so serious to "joke" about if its not true? Wouldnt you pick something actually funny?
