This is a poetic and moving encapsulation of the two Voyager probes' impact on humanity's understanding of our cosmic address.

We're still exploring! See my channel for a snippet of the electron plasma oscillation audio that confirmed we had entered interstellar space. I certainly hope that humanity catches up with these interstellar emissaries. Perhaps the Voyagers will one day be collected and returned to Earth as museum exhibits.

Just watched an old Tonight Show clip from 1973 in which Carl Sagan lamented that the Voyager mission (he referred to it as "Grand Tour") couldn't go forward because of lack of funding. Apparently the funding was found shortly afterwards.

the golden record thing really sold it to the public. I can't judge Sagans qualities as a scientists. With PR he was an absolute genius. Scientists are often a bit annyoed the record get's so much more attention. But it was a masterpiece. Also they cheated a bit. Nixon only wanted to fund it for Jupiter and Saturn. They just built it so that it COULD go the rest. Just in case.

There is no invisible man in the sky. The only way to define a so-called "God" is everyone and everything, matter. For anything else does not.

If there were a man in the sky and saying "I am your God" I wouldn't probably believe him. God is not a stuff, is not something that we can dream. I think the only thing that is provable is the God; if the God didn't exist(actually that is impossible), the universe wouldn't be stable as it is right now; You can do science by that stability. Can I ask you a question? What would make you believe in God?

Jupiter actually has 53 moons according to NASA. They all are very different... Some don't even look like they would be considered a moon.

On top of that: Saturn has 62 moons (which I think is just crazy), Uranus has 27, and Neptune has 14. Our moon is a little special too, since it is the largest in comparison to the size of its host planet

Pioneer's image transmissions from Saturn were lost do to Solar flare activity. The Pioneers X and XI were so primitive they could only send their data in real time.

Any interstellar spacecraft needs to be covered in soil and baked in an oven until it becomes a space rock. This will provide it good protection even if it were to eventually crash into a planet.

Is your mobile phone connected to billions of dollars in radio telescopes? It's ok to disbelieve. Just research how all of this works before you go back to your Flat Earth belief. Reality is way more interesting than FE

Shane Liberty Why do people like you always mix persons questioning NASA about some missions with flatearthers ? Is it the same question ? Or are you not confident enough in yourself such as you need to throw discredit over persons doubting about specific events ? For example i am certain that the world is round & i am also certain we never went on the moon . How do you deal with that ?
@Saru-yr3qk

VITA kyo Because doubting Nasa's findings is as dumb as believing the Earth is flat. You may not be a flat Earther, but you're still a conspiracy stoner.
