dude, dude, i did this with all dlc, its possible, ussr will try to do the kill trotsky spy mission always, you have to catch the soviet spy or prevent the AI from putting any spies in your country by maxing passive defense and having some spy with counterintelligence trait at home in the counterintelligence mission, being at war with the ussr might also help to target the soviet spies, go into your intelligence tab and take a look at your country shield, if its green then there is no soviet spy doing any missions there, ive gone past 1945 with trotsky still alive so its definitely possible

ISP can you play as austria because theres a new strat for austria since blood alone where you can survive the anschluss because of the unpassable alps, you also would have to do a agency and boost ideology in hungary for non aligned so they dont join the axis. i would really like to see you try that
