I get my daily "fix" of Glenn Miller music every morning without fail. I'm 85. Keeps me going.

My wife and I used to go to the Glen Island Casino in New Rochelle to see Glenn Miller. We were just eighteen and nineteen. so we couldn't even buy a drink. Only Coca Cola , but we got drunk on the music.

I was brought up with this kind of music as my dad was a drummer during the war then Later on formed the star tones went all over Leeds Manchester Our home town Huddersfield.. They won contests in Manchester mecca command then runners up the year later.. Then came me and thought by my dad drumming but did not take it up, but still like to have a go someday at 61...
