The fast-food restaurant has opened where the old CAFÉ IMPERIAL, one of the city's most luxurious cafés, used to be. That's the reason why this branch of MCDS is called McDonald's IMPERIAL. The café first opened in 1936, designed in the Art Déco style, it has beautiful architectural lines, amazing stain glass panels and a huge imperial eagle represented at the restaurant's entrance.
