My stepbrother isn't quite as tall, but he's 6'6", and when he was in highschool, being about 6'3" or 6'4", he ate 8,000 to 10,000 calories a day, and worked out as well. He still LOST weight during the ~2 months he did so. Even factoring in the calories used for growth, he still has an EXTREMELY fast metabolism. The funny thing is, although he is still pretty skinny, being about 200 pounds, he is WAY stronger than he looks. He can bench 5 plates.

Hey Browney, you and Arjen (and probably Jorg also) should do David Goggins' 100 mile run Rest is allowed of course because i don't want to see any of you die from this challenge. But it must be done continuously, so you don't have rest by doing 1 mile this day and another mile the next day

I know you might not believe me but, My uncle is 6 foot 9 and when I wrap the measure tape thing around his arm his muscles are 45 cm and I just turned nine a month and a half ago and I'm 5"0 and my when u put the measurer tape around my arm it is 23cm

When I was bulking as a 6’3 swimmer I would always be eating and not gain a pound. 9 eggs for breakfast. Two large sandwiches and a shitton of protein filled snacks. Then got home and would make about 10 taquitos. Then have dinner. Then a protein shake.
