I had bought dizo neckband for my dad. He was using it for almost an year but one day i just tried it as my earphones were missing, i find out that its stereo was reversed, left sound was coming from right earbud and vice-versa. I tried contacting to the customer support as there was still one month left in the warranty, but no response. No one picked the call.

Same with many IOT smart lighting solution brands. Smitch bulbs stopped their operations in India , their app stopped working and even Google assistant integration doesn't work. Even bigger brands like Syska who have a dominant stand in the Indian market , won't respond to my support request when a couple of their bulbs started malfunctioning. Note : My syska Bulbs are under warranty, still no response from the company.

I gave my wife dizo wireless earphone for valentine's day gift back in 2022 , within 8 months one ear phone wasn't working. I gave it to the service center. After 90 days I got it repaired and the repaired item have new issue of getting disconnected within 5 minutes. Dizo service center is worst.

I have a dizo watch d sharp which isn't working. It is still in warranty till jan 2024 but customer care didn't responded and service centre guy told that they close the store.
