this series makes me realize how great things really are. no matter how hard life may seem, at least i'm not out here putting frogs in my mouth and working with animal and human waste with bare hands.

I had warts on my fingers as a child. Had them frozen multiple times. It never worked. They kept coming back. My Nana kept saying to rub bacon rinds on it and bury it. So my mum humoured her. Low and behold 2 weeks later they disappeared. They never came back at all

I'm American, and I'd rather watch this on television than Keeping Up With the Kardashians or that Honey Boo Boo shit. Ugh. Can't stand how many Americans are so invested in that reality show crap.

I would love to see Tony and Lucy Worsley co-hosting. Their enthusiasm would bounce off each other,’s and both they and the viewer would have a lot of fun

For God sakes people, it was just an eel. I'm almost certain that eels are not endangered. I appreciated the authenticity of it.

I love this guy Tony Robinson! He's a good sport and totally entertaining to watch, really no matter what the subject. :)

It's really awesome how this guy goes back in time to job shadow the workforce throughout the ages.

Lol, I have a feeling the Fuller's would have at least tried to use their own piss.

I admit that I simply love this arcane bit of history. I can't ever get enough of it. With a bit of Mike Rowe's "Dirtiest Jobs" and James Burke's "connections".....this is wonderful and ever fascinating. Well done.
