I'm the third child/first girl out of 11. When my mom announced her pregnancy with my youngest brother, the oldest sets of us just looked at each other and shook our heads lol. We didn't go to the doctor unless we lost a body part, and gifts were nonexistent. Especially from aunts and uncles 😂

Priceless. This has got to be at least the 5th or 6th time I’ve watched this one. Whenever KZfaq suggests it, I’m like “well, maybe for a few minutes…” and next thing I know I’ve watched the whole thing again. He’s too funny. I have seven children and nowadays I might as well have two heads. People have no idea at all what normal life is anymore.

I can vouch for that Irish note thing - I used to get sent to the newsagent to buy my Uncle's cigarettes (in the 1970s) with a note to say it was legit! And you didn't always need money either. If you'd no money that day you could just "put it on the tick" and pay later.

@Samantha Duggan - I was allowed to use my mother's "GRETZ" (a clothing store) credit card with a note! When I got to the store I had to go to customer service and show them the CC and note. I'd receive an "official pass" that I had to show to the cashier when paying. ON a different note, I'm the middle of 9, 2 girls 7 boys - my only sister was 10 years older than I, we were very close. She married when I was 11 so it was Mom and I 🤯 Thank God my Mom was a wonderful human being, she had a happy disposition, loved life, music and US, every one of us. No one ever got "what they needed" every time they needed it, Mom took care of who was most in need at any given moment. The rest took care of themselves and each other till Mom could bring her attention back to "all of us". This guy is hilarious, I was laughing out loud, so good for the soul.

@@imisseveryone2716 I love it :) My Mom is the 2nd of 9 - 7 brothers and 1 baby sister 19 years younger than her! A longstanding family joke used to be that my Granny couldn't always get the names right - "Come here Gerard, no Derek, no Declan, oh which one are you?" (PS - 3 other girls died in infancy - so I sometimes say my Mom was 1 of 12, 9 surviving)

Your parents likely called that a success, unless you're a teen now -- get the girls first, to help with the boys, as girls were expected to learn parenting skills & boys to learn marketable skills. Were you the second mother of your clan? Did you milk your role as eldest?
@psychobitch32
@psychobitch32 2 жыл бұрын
I was not required to help until I was 12 years old. Then by thirteen I could run the entire household by myself, including refilling the wood burning stove. I was the oldest by four years, so it was awhile before anyone else was old enough to help. I tried hard to be a good role model and stay out of any type of trouble, I barely even argued about anything. I also was taught by my dad, to do plumbing, electrical, small repairs of all kinds, hunting, fishing, camping, and last but definitely not least, basic mechanics.

One day, when I was a teenager, I accidentally killed a rabbit, while trying to save it from the neighbor Boys. They would catch and skin them alive. I threw a rock by it, only to have the rabbit get spooked by the boys and start to run. As it went to take off the all rock hit the rabbit, it instantly flipped over. I ran in my house and asked my mom if rabbits play dead. She said no, I bawled my eyes out. I then proceeded to tell all my siblings and the neighbor kids, that I killed the Easter Bunny. Needless to say I was in it deep after that!

Again, again! 😂 This is top 2 DB GOATS for me! Everything perfect, except some crowd annoyance but not his fault! In fact he’s so good he can make laughter sound like screams of pain & agony! 😂😂😂 TYSM DRYBAR & DAN! God be praised! 🙏🏼✝️🕊️

I love this guy! Funny stuff. I was the third child and they pretty much stopped taking pictures by the time I came around. I knew I was loved and I'm ok there are few pictures.

This was so good! I guess my laughter drew attention from the living room because my husband ame all the way from there to the kitchen to see what I was laughing at. I may be a senior citizen but I know funny when I hear it . Great fun.TY

24:55 PERFECTION! Timely & spot on, now even more than a year ago, sadly!.. but so topical & true! And I’m sure not even the sentiment when he wrote it. Actually I bet this was his line solely based on lack of crowd enthusiasm. He’s so good like that! Sorry for all the comments but I’m really enjoying being able relate my thoughts to thousands of complete strangers 😄

Milfeulle100- read my own response earlier in the comments. I too was an " Only" - I got asked " were you such a terrible kid that your parents didn't want another?" How should I know?- I was born at a young age.
