My younger brother has destroyed my family and ruined my life due to his drug use and propensity for violence. Literally living through it right now. Love to anyone else who's dealt or is dealing with this type of situation.

I still remember the Vic Mignogna situation. Nick and Ty had regular streams during the beginning phases. I was so illusioned by them and how they were so confident this was in the bag for Vic. Then the case went quiet for a bit and then suddenly Vic losing his home and this case stunned me. Especially because I believed in his innocence. Things just seemed confusing that I stepped back from the case all together. Seeing this info about Ty Beard and why he was hired was a Phoenix Wright style mind blow. In an odd way, this downfall is sad, but like Sonichu, karmas gonna get you.

I had exactly the opposite reaction when Nick got involved with Vic, I was involved with the convention circuit back in the day and con volunteers regularly warned each other about Vic. That whole saga just showcased Nick's reactionary tendencies and I'm glad I had the context to recognize it.

@@khill8645 If you know anything about allegations especially Vic's which many times have had cameras recording the incidents, the ALLEGATIONS misconstrue and mischaracterizes what actually happened. In general allegations and SPECIFICALLY allegations against Vic. Proven over and over and over again by the cameras that they lied. So "volunteers warning about Vic" is just TDS esque brainwashing from sheep. So many examples of people trying to smear Vic and following the victim train... and then camera evidence comes out completely disproving their narrative.

@@khill8645 lets be honest: con volunteers are often radical lefty college activists who've never spent a day working in the real world or interacting with regular folks outside of their virtual hugboxes. they throw a fit the moment someone like Vic expresses a belief that disagrees with their echo-chamber indoctrination. witness the recent childish debacle @ Offkai Con for another example.

I never looked at the tie, beards cases or anything. I honestly think the go fund me and the petitions to get Vic, anime con visit back which it worked hurt him in the long run. Because of this he lost his case if this was a good lawyer, he would’ve said thank you but no thank you and to just leave everything alone because that way Vic would have one had he not accepted any of those anime con appearances. As for the go fund me he should have told him to donate that money to charity

@@khill8645 Oh yeah that same old story about "`Warnings on Vic at cons" without any evidence to back them up 🙄. And the proof that was there turned out to be fabricated by his hate group.
