1. Fake it til you make it. Manufacture your looks. Decide who you wanna be. 2. Have an opinion. Decide. Rely on yourself. 3. Stop negative self-talk. Use affirmations. 4. Curate what you look at & who you follow. 5. Show up for yourself & your goals daily in a small way. 6. Embrace authenticity & vulnerability. Don't be afraid to be different. 7. Life's a play. You're free to choose the role you wanna play. You can try on different roles. 8. Be true to yourself. Expand your muscle of ideas. Create & voice your opinion. Learn to be wrong & change your opinion with ease. 9. Lean into your strengths. 10. Invest in yourself. People emulate how you treat yourself. 11. Do good for those around you. Very informative video! Thank you so much!!! I made this list to help my future self who wants to go back to this video... And to do #11 too 😊😁

I am LOVING that so many of us women are realising that femininity is our strength, not our weakness. The idea that being ourselves and experiencing life slowly and calmly is disempowering has done us so much harm. I love being on this journey with all you ladies. May we all be happier, healthier, and more at peace 🙏

After I finished my year-long course of therapy, I was afraid I would have some rollbacks but thanks to your videos I’m still going strong and my mental health has never been better. Margarita, you help your subscribers keep afloat even during hard times like this (I’m from Ukraine so things are not optimistic here). Thank you for being so consistent!😊

Hi margarita ... I am divya from Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 ... Accidentally happened to watch one of your episodes and here I am to tell u .... You are one amazing soul .. you are inspiration to women like me .. i unfornately lost my dad in covid 19... Had couple of relationship which has drained me emotionally and mentally .. after watching your KZfaq videos ... I have tried implementing few points that you share... Though I find it really difficult to calm my mind with anxious attachment style... Your videos are saviour. Thankyou so much for inspiring... Would love to watch more videos on women self development

I love the idea of “building the muscle of being your best friend”. I have a track record of beating myself up after mistakes but it’s so unproductive. I like the simplicity of what you said with decisions: “Got it wrong? No problem. Decide again.” Your videos are such great wake up calls😊

You’ve changed my perception of how I can live out the second half of my life. It’s about deciding who we want to be and working towards that person. I’m so grateful for these videos. And as for not yet being an older woman, I’m nearly 44 and I can tell you when you’re loving yourself internally, men still respond and want to get close.

I've been listening to you for weeks. I write solely to thank you for your time, energy, wisdom, and shared experiences. You say that it is preferable to choose role models that resemble us physically and those we admire and try to be like mentally. Of course you are one of these for me! I am a Doctor by profession but throughout my youth I dedicated myself to literature and theater, my true essence. I am fascinated by how people work and I deeply appreciate listening to your videos while I walk. If you truly get to read that, I wish you with all my heart that you are enjoying the present moment with your newly expanded family! with love, Orsi❤

honestly, your videos have had an IMMENSE impact on me and my life, and I just wanna say thank you. I used to hate being feminine since I perceived femininity as weakness and endless vulnerability. Unfortunately, such a perception mingled with an internalized homophobia (I’m a lesbian and I was born and raised in a very conservative town in Ukraine) and, as a result, sucked me into a trans-cult, and at the age of 20 I started transitioning to male and taking testosterone. As time went on, I felt worse and worse, but I couldn’t understand why. Thanks to my therapist, I managed to figure everything out and started detransitioning. Your videos have always inspired me to keep on keeping on, and I can finally say that feminine energy is the most empowering thing in every woman’s life.

Yasss 🙌🏻 The world is so messed up now days, women who were gifted with amazing skills to be norturing and caring got manipulated by being the opposite and they’re trying to create “empowered women “and “weak men”. There’s nothing wrong with empowered but we all know that now days that goes beyond the limit. Leaving only a few women that wants to be feminine so your comment made my day. I’m glad you realized that. God bless you 🤍

Dear Margarita, You have the same name as my older sister who is very special to me. I want to thank you for the clarity of frankness of your videos. I am in my 50's and still consider myself that I have chances in life, though some people consider the 50's as 'old'. I have been married for 25 years with someone who never really saw me as his priority and unfortunately I allowed it. I am in the process of rebuilding my self esteem and the essence of me before marrying: playful, joyful, thriving, resilient. I moved from Latin America to Europe for him and I grew professionally, with ups and downs. However, always unhappy in this marriage, he always had something more important going on, and he talked always about himself all along... Now, I have detached from him and having separate lives but still under the same roof, because of the financial issue. However, all the steps recuperating self esteem are good to move towards a better state.

I generally don’t listen to self worth and feminine energy videos but you…ma’am you have brought unimaginable changes in me. I dated a toxic guy and it turned me into this sloppy careless dirty person. Thankfully after listening to you I started showing up for myself like I used to before meeting that toxic guy. And I already feel better…lethargy comes back at times but I push myself to clean up, doll up and take care of myself anyway. And you are so true about affirmations. I started acting like how’d I look and behave if I become my best version. And I started doing it….you’ve brought such a big change in my mindset. Thankyou ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Also congratulations and a very happy and prosperous new year to you.

The answer to self worth has always been the same, self respect. Just treat others the way you would like you to be treated and you don't have to feel bad. Nothing is, ultimately, someone else's fault, they also have lived life and not been respected. Everything you do in life leaves a mark, Make your mark but don't let it be a big fat X . The more marks you make, the more you will be remembered, whether for good or bad.

Margarita Oh Margarita! First of all congratulations on the new baby! second, I used to watch your videos here and there but this one hit home. I have noticed that my relationship is struggling and I realised the biggest reason for that AND my crippling anxiety is my low self esteem. I grew up being called fat and ugly and have a mom who has always sacrificed for everyone. Also, the fact that my parents never liked each other. Whatever the reason maybe, I have decided it is on me to change what the aspect of me I don't want to have anymore. I have been reading a lot and working on myself. This video helped me tremendously and I cannot thank you enough. I hope you are rest well and enjoying motherhood!

My mom has unfortunately never taken time for herself or done anything to "treat" herself. It was very hard for me to learn how to do things for myself without feeling guilty or like I was wasting money. Now I get my hair professionally done regularly, get a monthly massage, have an extensive skin care and shower routine, and just all around invest in myself, and I think it's reflected in my confidence. My mom just went to a hair salon for the first time at age 68 this year and it took so much convincing from me. I feel for the women in the previous generation who had to rely on men and expected to do everything for the children. For some of them, it will never feel normal to treat themselves how they deserve to be treated.

Thank you, I hope this time I will heal and love myself. I was kinda bullied high school, thought I held but anytime I meet a person after first or second date they vanish and my insecurities come back This is the first time that I want to love myself

I love watching your videos to keep myself in check. I have a very similar mindset and I've found that listening to these values over and over again helps my brain accept that this is my reality. Thank you

Hi Margarita, I really like how well spoken you are with sharing your conclusions. I also like literature a lot and the number 7 😆 it is funny that it was the only one I could multiply as well. And one of my favourite numbers along with 4. Greetings from Poland, you do a good job.

I thought I knew myself worth till it was tested by people, having an insecurely attachment style because of how my parents treated me does that to you. I didn’t realize I was just attracting people who emulated such as my parents because little me was trying to change that narrative. Important knowing what you have to offer as yourself/ your value and so that if someone comes around and tries to change that you know your worth, so you won’t lower yourself for them. The right people will come around and step up to that level and even higher!

I've just understood that my mother was exactly that type of person who would deplete herself and tell us how ungrateful we are. As a child I didn't even understand what I should be grateful for, it's like you're born and you're already guilty of something, you need to kind of excuse yourself for your own existence. No wonder I've often felt worthless, despite being liked, smart, an A-student and all of that. Nothing really matters unless you believe in yourself.

This might seem random but... I CANNOT stop obsessing and ruminating and I have absolutely nobody to talk to about this and I need to get it off my chest (and I'm also willing to read responses, if anyone feels called to respond...) I had a HORRIBLE therapist HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE the worst but here's the thing... it's twofold: 1) he's wildly successful (and I can't for the life of me figure out why or how) 2) I saw him for almost all of 2023, I was so traumatized when I went to see him, that I just kept going, because I had nowhere else to turn... In the end, he really fucked me up. Instead of helping me, he traumatized me further. It's over 6 months now, and I can't stop obsessing over how he's traumatized me, and all the money I wasted, etc. etc. I can file a formal complaint. But the process seems long and arduous, and brings me no particular benefits... It's just that I can use my voice, and he can potentially get reprimanded... But if I do this I have to do it soon... I don't know what to do? Any thoughts, anyone?
