When i made these i added more butter than what called for because when i started to mix the original ingredients together it would become very dry no matter what i did. Non the less they turned out AMAZING!!! They go along perfectly with salted butter. Thanks for the recipe Titli!

They turned out great. I make my own bread and rolls and the only other shape I have made was your four strand plait. I will definitely give all of these shapes a go. Thanks Titli.

Hello, Titli❤️ I have questions as I'm a newbie to bread making and usually ruins it:( - I live in a hot and humid climate, would it affect my dough? - would it be possible if I want to give the roll some tea scent by brew some strong tea into the water that will be mix with yeast? Would it affect the dough? The last time I tried to make bread it turns out that the outside was hard and thick while the inside is quite wet , not fluff up enough (the bubble wholes are small) and the inside flesh looks thick,,,how to fix it? Ps.I love your channels,,,you're so sweet

I love these ideas. Would using oil work instead of butter, I read somewhere that if the butter is melted then oil would work just fine instead, is that true? Would this work with all purpose flour? And lastly, if I add olives to the dough would it deflate it or would it work just fine? Sorry for all the questions but I'm still a beginner at baking bread :)
@TheBreadKitchen10 жыл бұрын
Oil - yes: AP flour - yes: Olives - chop them up first. :-)

Question, why flatten then roll ? why not just cut and roll a long piece ?
@TheBreadKitchen9 жыл бұрын
crazycatlady1313 You're aligning the strands of gluten to give a better roll shape.

The first time I heard you said funky a weird thing happened to the sound that made it sound like you saying very nasty things to shapes or where going to make shapes that where going to make an expression alluding to that expression. . .
