-pork shoulder
-1/2 cup orange juice
-1/4 cup lime juice
-1 can IPA 9 (can sub chicken stock)
-1 tbsp cumin

I've been making a similar version of these for years in the pressure cooker and they come out amazing every time. One tip I recommend is to put the shredded pork on a sheet pan with the cooking liquid and stick under the broiler for a few minutes. You get these perfect crispy edges that really enhance the texture

Can also toss it in the oven to cook about half the time of braising, like 3 hours. That did seem like a crazy amount of acid with the lime+orange juice. Could use some flavors like onion/garlic and aromatics like bayleaf/cinnamon but that might be too much for nicky clicky to handle
