PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE tell Arian that the next time he goes to Chicago, he has to go to Akahoshi Ramen. It is without a doubt the BEST ramen shop in the United States. Just opened this last year and already has reservations booked 4+ months out.

Canadian bacon (Peameal bacon) is the cured meat from the stomach of the pig without the fat. American bacon is just the fat of the stomach. And English bacon is both the meat and the fat from the stomach
