Because of history and geography of south india. They got all machinery factories etc and also have ports and ports and ports. And awesome connectivity plus water . Basically all basic needs are available in plenty but yes they are also very hard working. And why their culture remained because mughals never reached south of india that much (also some parts they came but still not complete and it was very very late so changes did not occur)

Do you knw what. If u would have read class 9th ncert economy basic book. You would have never said this. Do you know anything about physical capital n its types? Anyway Do you know why whole tamil states machinery from politicians to whole administration got superactive when the news of biharis getting humiliated in Tamilnadu broke out? South Indian economy is surviving on the basis of north indians human capital. The day they reseve the industries job for their people they industries will get closed coz locals dont work much in those industries.South Indian industries pay less to them which benefits there industries. While if locals will be recruited they will ask more money. Anyway i should have not given u all this lessons coz it seems to me that u commented while being egoistic that u knw everything about how economy works But the reality is something which normal people wont realise even if its in front till u have enough knwldge to understand it.

The ratio of seats should be according to the economic contribution of the state to the country. This will motivate the efforts of state govt and regional parties to focus on economic growth of citizens. Economic growth will lead to all other developments.

It won’t. This will make rich richer and poor states won’t have enough representation. Solution is to agin defer delimitation by 25 years and make Rajya Sabha more powerful keeping equal representation of each state. This way each state could be vocal for its needs.

If the new delimitation will be applied, south Indians are the ones being penalized for controlling their population, which was suggested by the Govt long time back. The motive behind voiding all the delimitations for around 50 years was exactly due to this reason. So don't you think its unfair?

This could lead to divide the country, first in South and North (which isn't hidden from us) and further to demand of a different country, of well maintained and educated people. At the time of independence Tamilnadu ( current boundary) and Bihar had more or less the same population. But now Bihar has 1.5 times bigger population than Tamilnadu. Dilimitation is in principle done for the purpose of rearranging MP and MLA seats, say 1 MLA seat per 4 lakhs population and 1 MP seat per 6 MLA seats. That means the bimaru states which has exploded with population will get more MP seats for not containing the population and the Southern states lesser seats for containing population. That means more underperforming MPs to the Parliament. Unless population as a criteria for a MP seat is removed delimitation will be opposed by the southern states. It is in fact high time MP seats for poor governance states reduced and good governance states increased so that the elected MPs are better in quality. Delimitation just place quantity over quality.

I started watching this channel and some other channels like dhruv rathee's ,to get a real unbiased news . initially I felt really good but later on after watching such channels for past few months I started realising that actually these channels are also not unbiased too. Akash, first of all Sengol was a tradition of Pandya and Chola kings, PM even acknowledged Tamil language on international stage. Are you even aware of population explosion in northern states and the illegal migration of Rohingyas and Bangladeshis in especially North? Goverment must do this and also conduct Census which was last conducted in 2011 to account for any population growth and illegal migration. Divisive leaders of South like Stalin and others are more responsible for North South divide. BJP is trying to make inroads in south actually as in North East. It’s easy to make videos on KZfaq but extremely difficult to actually run the country.

@@SauravJitendra The situation is same in Punjab. They oppress our Punjabi language and our culture. All they do is take a Rs.50 train ticket and come to Punjab. They have taken all jobs and now Punjabis are becoming unemployed. They don't even have any manners. All they do is eat pan and ruin the streets. Nowadays they have a lot of population so they have votes and therefore they even get support from politicians in some areas. They are many times involved in criminal activites and harass girls. They also harass local punjabis people who work in small jobs. A news came yesterday that at some place there were 9-10 people who were selling vegetables. 1 of them was punjabi and rest were bhaiyas from UP/Bihar. Punjabi guy was charging less price for vegetables while up/bihari were charging high which was wrong. But instead they started to tell punjabi guy to charge high like them but when he refused, they started beating him. They literally cracked open his head.

@@yourend3177 That's the same thing, I was thinking as well. All we did is ask for our rights but no action was taken. We told them to not impose hindi on us and make Punjabi official language of Punjab but in return we got oppressed and they took haryana and himachal from us. We asked for our rights on water, rights for farmers but in return we got fake encounters. We realised that delhi is going to engulfe power from all states. We were the first ones to address these issues. No state raised their voice in our favour. They used army, police to do terrorism on us. Lakhs of our innocent people died. All this time, we were right and the Indian state was wrong. But we were called radicals, terrorist. But, finally these people start to realize these issues. I have seen many people asking for independence and separate country for southern states but if we ask the same, we are again pushed into corner and called terrorists, sepraratist.

Sengol is not really just a symbol of king infact in the tamil culture its a symbol of justice and fairness and dignity of the country. Certain instances the dignity of the sengol supercedes the king and royalty it also serves as a reminder to the kings they are on the throne to serve and protect the people. People can misinterpret. Great episode once again. Some points 1. According to NHFS-5 survey, fertility rate at all India level has dropped to 2.1, which mean's population growth rate has declined significantly from its peak in 70s & 80s. 2. There is good article in The Print about why 2021 Census has not been carried out even though it's 2 years late. Essentially the Govt is saying teachers cannot be pulled out of their duties after covid as schools were affected then. But remember, same teachers can be used for election duties any time. 3. If the said delimitation done is this fashion, it will be "anti India" move & will create a mass protest from Southern states. I assume Delhi, Bengal and most parties from Maharashtra will join them. Think farmers protest but 50 times larger. 4. Some compromise has to be reached. HDI, GDP/capita etc must be considered in any delimitation formula.

This was a deeply worrying episode, Akash. I'm really racking my brains, trying to find a possible solution to the BJP's cunning scheme to consolidate power. Is there a constitutional way for the South to ensure that they maintain political power in proportion to their economic contribution to the country? This one really needs to be thought about. You're absolutely right in your assertion that if backward states like UP and Bihar get more more political power in the machinery of the government, it will spell a doom for everyone else.

I also study in south India . Here people don’t speak Hindi and I’m more comfortable in Hindi and English . The local people will use Tamil and I’ve got little problem talking with them since in my college teaching is in English and with our friends and in hostel we use English . But the auto driver and all somehow they understand English . Using Google translator and all . Some are bad . Even in Chennai . When I go with Ola or Uber auto , none of the auto driver scolds me for using Hindi . Whenever they see north India they will say Hindi guy . Like we say south indian they are really sweet people . Here , people like to talk a lot . See what I feel is every Indian should travel every parf of the country north, west , east , south , north east . I see a lot of stuff of cultures of Europeans , uk and America when I ask my friend one thing he said that touch me alot is ‘you need to travel more ‘ then only you’ll understand their culture . In the same way , as an Indian it’s difficult to travel to foreign countries but , we should travel within India to make our mind more open

Already there is so much difference in funding amongst North and South Indian States. Atleast in field of Health. As a young doctor, South Indian Colleges get very little funding as compared to north. We have very little Central Institutes like AIIMS, PGI in the south. The only Central Institute in South, JIPMER was founded by French. Only one or two AIIMS have been fully onto pace in South.

This is not a new tactics, the same formula is being applied on Muslims through CAA and NRC - make them practically silent spectators to the Great Indian Tamasha: creation of Hindi-Hindu Rashtra with One Party, One Leader, One Religion. Now, if she is from peasantry unlikely she will have the paperwork to prove her antecedents and authenticity. She will be at the mercy of some babu and possibly she will be declared an alien and denied voting rights, particularly in marginal seats. That is gerrymandering. End result achieved, nullify anti-BJP vote. Quite clever really.

UP Bihari and Marwari have already penetrated deep inside to remote area and constitute sizeable chunk of NE state population today. As a south Indian, I am deeply concerned being under-represented in the Parliament. Forget about the new alignment, people here are already feeling that their voices are suppressed by the cow-belt North and if this new rule is implemented it would further dilute the representation which would be very bad for us. The screams of succession will be heard more often with a higher vigor going forward. Its better if the government proportionately increase the MP seats, so that no voices are suppressed.

dude when we talk about India we dont talk about individual states only. Read the constitution a little bit, you would understand that its not about individual states and their equal representation only. We are Indians as whole. When there are Lok Sabha elections we vote as Indians and not as State domiciles. Hope you would understand. Making of state governments is in itself a right given to all states to run their business as per their culture. We have a bigger responsibility of running all our states in the name of India if we really want to make big progress. Obviously some matters are left for state to decide. You read the state list topics on which States can make law. Understand the bigger picture

@@JayC0325 waqf board is a govt. board whose members are selected by Ministry of Minority Affairs. State waqf board members are selected by the state govt you elected. It manages muslim land and also collects 7% of all earnings from waqf properties.
