Love that y’all went to St. Helens. My mom was one of only three people that was aloud in the red zone the day the mountain blew. She was airlifted out via helicopter as the mountain was erupting.

Liking that AirBnB accommodation. Very similar to a British Victorian style (1800's) house with high ceilings and solid doors etc. Oh, I remember the Mount St Helen's eruption clearly. The devastation was incredible. Trees felled for miles, like scattered matches.

What a cute kittie! I love how you always add footage of animals and so :) The bus was really cool! I was once in an old train wagon which had been converted into a restaurant. Can't remember where it was though, but somewhere in Spain, I believe. When I was living in Finland (Rovaniemi) they had this small old boat on the river which was also a bar/restaurant. I like these unusual places :)

Oooh I just visited that area in Portland! I had the "Yolk-o ono" at the sandwich truck. It was ok. Wish I tried that coffee bus! Portland coffee is so dang good. Greetings from the east coast.

That bus was an Alexander bodied AR type..70's...(made in Scotland) Chassis was Leyland Atlantean or Daimler fleet line...(England) They were pretty modern & sexy in the day!

Alison, just a suggestion and I'm sure you do this now and then but definitely call places you want to visit to see it they are open or not, you have hit a few places for sure that surprised you when you guys showed up and I am sure puts a kink in your schedule and plans, unless you are doing a lot of these things spontaneously which I doubt, you are a pretty organized person I think

Using a program called After Effects, you can track footage and place text/objects on walls/floor etc.

Thanks for the comment! We stay in Airbnb's most of the time, they can be really interesting and help give you more of a local's perspective 👍 Hostels are great but we're a bit too old for those 😂

That s where my favorite "Steam Punk" band is from,....Abney Park you should check them, out they are amazing,..! I always have such a spiritual experience, when I listen to them, they take me, a billion miles away from my problems.

The picture was an alpaca. Llamas have longer banana ears. Alpacas are smaller and have much nicer fiber.

Unbelievable! Eats all of the street food in Thailand and Cambodia and gets food poisoning in Portland, USA!!
