I think the haters were actually antis disguising as fans iirc. Many c-carats (again iirc, majority of the hate came from chinese "fans" and the rumor started there) has made a claim that it was an anti group and it was planned along with the alleged gf[who was said to be employed by a chinese company and used svt as a publicity stunt]. The "dating proofs" were also debunked cause they don't match the dates their taken, posted and whatnot. It's just the matching outfits making it seem their "dating". The claims [also the c-carats debunking] are all on twitter&tiktok and I don't use twitter&tiktok; interested people should look there. PS: There are also actual carats who sent hate but it wasn't as big and horrible as people made it out to be. Every fandom will have bad apples, always, specially if they get bigger. Majority of actual carats I saw were happy and even joking about that Svt finally got another dating scandal and that they're not bitchless 😅.

I'm a huge flower but same here. They're very nice, even (MOSTLY) on Twitter, which was insane to me. They mostly bash at HYBE/Pledis for zero comebacks. However, they're quite nice and I always see them ACTUALLY talking about music AS WELL AS other things like their visuals and funny moments, which I appreciate. Like, even with Gyuri we're quite supportive and happy for, especially since it's obvious they all keep contact with eo. However, they do take it a bit far with their mismanagement to the point it almost seems like they're bragging. Otherwise, they're quite nice! Even respectful to the male fans. I'm a girl myself but it always felt a bit weird how outcasted male fans are. I know majority are actually male (due to them being military queens) but other than wishing there were more in person female fans in events like fan meets, flovers don't speak ill about them, which is unusual in other fandoms from what I'VE seen

Them and Monebebe's (Monsta X's fandom) With the upcoming comeback being so different, it's the first time I've seen swith actually being vocal which is great to see as STAYC have been unfortunately getting a bit behind in popularity, especially internationally for some reason because honestly, it's been getting harder and harder to find Swiths. In fact, other multistans like me have voiced the fact that there are barely any of them on Twitter, which I believe is a good thing. I've honestly only seen Swith being very nice and sweet so it's great

Which is a big reason why I like them the most. BUT since their ceo are music producers i understand the idea of using 'not so obvious' title song whilst also creating yet another good choreo parts for various shorts/tiktoks and whatnot. ever since i first time watched MV and listened to album i figured that musically its an experiment and the rest is usual '#[title_track]_challenge' video typa stuff, so im not that bothered. album is still good and didnt disappoint. mostly in this whole thing for music and 'healthy' agency direction. (like bruh, be that any other fandom from a bit earlier era isa would be eaten alive into eating disorder or smth, but since debut i have not seen her get crazy, nor seen much hate towards her; but i would guess thats also just recent wave of 'tolerance' that only now is reaching kpop) but all in all, if kpop fans just delete twitter accounts and accept the fact that all idols lipsync and most of them dont produce stuff and for the most part are just performers and alive human beings. it would be a better place to actually get into, but that would mean changing whole industry around it which is near impossible
