Warning: I felt like talking alot today so I'm kinda chatty in this one. If you are here just for the recipe please feel free to fast forward if needed.
Copy Cat Starbucks Banana Bread:
2 c ap flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1 & 1/8 c sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbls buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
3 Bananas
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
bake for 65 to 70 minutes in a preheated 325° oven.

I love mashed bananas and peanut butter mixed together, put on bread for a peanut butter banana sandwich ! My Mom always put a little sugar with the mixture! My husband puts peanut butter on bread and slices a banana on it for his sandwich! Your banana bread sounds wonderful! ~Joyce

It was amazing! Thanks for sharing. The second time I went OG and added nuts and choc chips like Starbucks had 10 years ago. It is also incredible. Dont need much but it’s a nice change up.

Tip for you to mash your bananas, use your pastry blender. Very easy!

I’m gonna try this. But will have to put some walnuts on inside as well as top. Yes, I like a little banana bread with my walnuts. Hubby would also use buttermilk way past suggested date.

When I put parchment in my loaf pans, I just cut a strip wide enough to fit the long side and I leave the short sides greased, but uncovered. So much easier and I can usually just pull the loaf out with the parchment, no worries.

Starbucks lemon pound cake is delicious too. I’ve never tried the banana bread. I just came from grocery store and I got the ingredients for the Napa cabbage salad. Can’t wait to make it!

We grew up on banana with peanut butter sandwiches etc.one of our mom's sisters had husband who came to our house during lunch time and he said that he wanted his peanut butter and banana sandwiches with mayo on one side of 🍞 bread and was our families first time of us hearing about such a concoction . But while growing up over the years, I have been eating them anyway I can get them, not to picky when it comes to eating them anyways and always more affordable than other things etc. and we just thank God for what we have, because we know that lot's of people don't have anything to eat. Now some times I will just eat them with peanut butter, sometimes just Mayo, sometimes Mayo & peanut butter and sometimes just salad dressing,you know that as miracle whip, never heard of or tried salt and pepper, maybe one of these days we can try that way sometimes.As far as banana bread recipe, I have never had Starbucks, but the recipe for banana bread on the Gold Medal flour bag is a pretty good one, one of these days I'll get to try making the copy cat version of Starbucks but from what I have heard can't afford the price for banana bread at Starbucks store or even know that I will be able to compare it etc.have a blessed day early St Patrick's day to you and your family, stay well and be safe out there,Moss family on KZfaq I believe makes this recipe, keeping you'll in our thoughts and prayers 🙏🐦💝🐻🙏p.s. We love Banana bread. Yours looks really good. When bananas start to ripen too much, I peel them and put on a small cookie sheet with wax paper on it. The. I freeze them. Once they’re frozen you can just put in a gallon ziplock. Then when you need ripe bananas you’re all set. I still eat peanut butter and banana sandwich. Love them. Six years ago, my husband did a redo on our kitchen. He did it all by himself. He was 67 at the time. He did hire out a Sheetrock man to do the ceiling. I wanted a natural looking wood so he used hickory. It turned out so pretty. I got a lot of ideas off of Pinterest. Instead of a furdown, he came down about 10 inches before he hung the cabinets, so I have some glass jars with beans, some antique kitchen items, and different things up there. I know your remodel will be so pretty. Glad you’re going to fix the foundation first. It will be worth the wait.🌹🌷🦋

Next time you make banana nut bread put butter and brown sugar in the bottom of the pan and slice up bananas. Pour your batter on top and flip it out when done (like a pineapple upside down cake. ) It is so good.....

I like to mash my bananas up and mix in peanut butter. If the bananas aren't very ripe, I'll add a touch of sugar and then spread it on bread and make a sandwich out of it.

I’m from the South and it took me a long time to try a banana sandwich but my family ate them as a sandwich with Mayo on both sides of the bread, thinly sliced bananas and a little salt. Very good.

Hi Leslie! Thank you for your banana bread recipe. While I can’t have it now while John and I are on this weight loss journey. I can save it for when we are ready to get off of Keto. Girl I know how much you look forward to having a new kitchen. I suggest that you have them build you a pantry. We keep kitchen staples for cooking that we need in our pantry. That way you don’t have to store food in your cabinets. I would love for us to remodel our kitchen too. Our house is 25 years old and we have builders cabinets. They have served their purpose but someday I want better cabinets, quartz counter tops and a farmers sink. We are getting ready to remodel our master bath. Our new window is being installed Tuesday morning. Our living room window was cracked during the derecho storm that we had in August of last year. Our roof has been replaced, our siding is all fixed and now the window is getting installed soon. It is good to have all of these repairs behind us soon. Oh, I want to thank you and Bryan for praying for our Pastor Dan. He came through his cancer surgery really good. He is being released soon from the hospital. He had his surgery almost two weeks ago. He will be recovering at home soon. God is so good! We praise His Holy Name for bringing our Pastor through this illness. God bless you both as you continue to bless us all with your channel.
