Hello, friends! Join us as we go back to our trip to the Philippines and sharing video footage of the day we met Mika Ella! Oh, this brought back such emotion, especially since I know we have a little one waiting for us in China. Mika Ella had such chubby cheeks and a baby face. Hard to believe that she has been home for 4 years!

He needs a helmet. We almost lost our niece when she fell backward and hit her head. I leave out the details, but she was in the hospital icu for a long time. Love watching you with these kids. ❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉Mika is adorable.

I am related to this story. I adopted 1 yr.2mos.baby girl 28 yrs.ago shes already 28 yrs.old this jan.17. Theres a lot of children needs family. Praying for more good people to adopt and give them home. God blesd😍

What a huge difference between the orphanage in the Philippines where so much love is given to the children vs the one in China. Mika Ella was so cute with her bangs and big cheeks. Congrats on your third adoption!

How incredible that you know so much about her first years and that you got to spend so much time with the people who took care of her then! Nobody prepared me for what the visit to the orphanage (in China) would feel like! Leaving behind so many, who didn't even had files made for adoption broke me in a whole new way. Thanks for sharing your journey! Loved your video and can't wait to see your next one!!! :)

I was just watching Thiz Fruitful Life anx watched an older video too where she spoke (she adopted a blind child and in the process of adopting another from China) where she talked about them aging out of the system at 14 with no recourse (even the blind children) or help from there. Its heartbreaking. I wish I weren't almost 60.

What a beautiful beginning that I remember you guys doing !! I could watch this over and over. How could you not love this incredibly adorable girl. BUT for some reason I couldn’t stop watching the little girl by her in the green dress. I’m hoping you remember something about her or perhaps could you give me the name of the Orphanage. I can’t stop thinking about her and it’s very strange to me. I hope you don’t think I’m being silly for asking. Thanks for the great vid and being the AWESOME parents that you are ! I love watching Mika Ella’s gotcha day with so many of the kids from her orphanage knowing they’ll likely never get parents! Have you ever thought more specifically adopting kids from her orphanage? Would you ever adopt kids who need a family even if they don’t have special needs? Even though I know I think your more into adopting kids with special needs!!!

In the Phillippines, they are very particular on not allowing familiesto adopt children that theyhave "Pre-indentified" meaning if we told them we saw a little one at Mika's orphanage that we wanted to adopt--they most likely would not allow us. We will adopt whomever the Lord leads usto--special needs or not.

I did not say that I hope that you are adopted again 2 more girls than2 more boys what you guys going to name them can you please do more q and a every week or every month and challenges and tags videos I want to adopt to when I get married and have my first biological I want a boy and first and then adopt the rest kids are the blessing and precious and they grow up so fast so I am thinking get 8 th6 girls and 2 boys that the my only boy don't feel lonely and do boys things together like the girls and I want to spend time with them one on one time together and family time to together I to give my future kids everything I.don't have

She was born with bilateral club feet and that was a proess in helping to keep her feet straight.

We are ok if he is not wearing a helmet. If he becomes more skilled at it and increases his speed, then he will.
