The man is brilliant at the very least. He is a wealth of knowledge, a skilled fisherman but most of all, you can see the love he has for his family. I’ve never watched one of his videos that wasn’t entertaining. His fishing, foraging and his teaching are awesome with the personality he’s been blessed with. Thanks for the great entertainment my family and I enjoy so much.

At the start of all the madness going on in the world right now I was 121kg's. I watched your videos and got really interested in waking up early and going down the beaches and cliffs foraging away (responsibly). Spending my evenings fishing off the rocks or on a kayak I recently bought. Now I'm 98kgs and put it down to you in a weird way. Still a bit to go.

I love the coastal foraging videos more than the fishing. It's completely educational. There is something about discovering the animals in the ocean. I'm a city girl and I do not ever come across the beach like this. So relaxing and fun to watch. As usual, great video!

I just came across your foraging video randomly, and it really brought up some fond memories when my mom, aunt, and grandfather used to go foraging for clams, oysters, geoducks, and crabs when I was a kid. It really makes me miss those times and hope I can find the time to pick up foraging again. Thank you for making these videos. I really enjoyed them!

Hi John, Quality as always. All this exploring your coast at night is fantastic for general well being. Something that many people will be struggling with at the moment. This takes me back to when i was a kid, tired after a healthy time by the Sea and not hyper on Junk Food and Juice. Living like a King there John with Jim's Feast. Stevie in Fife.

- Jim is a magnificent chef, he has trained a Masterchef in the past and was personal chef to a local lord and his family for some time. We are truly lucky to have him, not just for his cooking skills. 😊
