Hey, just found you guys & have been using your videos for some rehab, so much better than average PT exercises, but I am curious if you have any recommendations for a stable but significant Lisfranc sprain with a high ankle sprain and dPDL tear? The Lisfranc seems to be the slowest to recover with some swelling between the 1st and 2nd rays that increases with activity (~9 months post injury), and significant pain with weight bearing toe extension (push off and during plank/push up type activities). I have a good range of motion, so I don't know if the pain is a result of the extensive scar tissue stiffening everything up inside which may also be the primary stabilizer at this point. I am working with am Ortho and 2 PTs, but you guys seem to know feet better :). Maybe just a little follow along for the poor neglected Lisfranc club?
