I hear you girl! I have been feeling less motivated too. Sometimes we just need to take a break.. from life and breathe and just do nothing.😊 I’m glad I’m not the only one that feels this way.

In many respects the worse thing I ever did was to take my hobby and turn it into a career because like you now I'm fighting perpetual creativity and stagnation tenancies. I usually find the low points happen immediately after the busy periods (now after Christmas as a fore-instance), its fleeting but really annoying when I'm going through it. Testing new scents can make me snap out of it and I'm planning a line of nut milk soaps and have just started making my own milks from scratch to use in them, so at the moment I'm back in the saddle feeling good. Maybe do a line of shaving soaps with KOH? Big fan and always love what you do. X

I think everyone understands if they've been making soap for any length of time, exactly what you mean. I'm a serious soap hobbyist. I have been tempted at different times to go further into a business, but I have resisted because I don't want a job, along with the slumps that are just a part of having to do... versus getting to do. I love making soap. Even if it does tend to pile up because there are so many new ideas and fragrance's to try:) I do sometimes need to sell some of it. Tis a dilemma!! Anyway your an artist and I always get inspired watching you. Thank you!!

Tiggy, I love watching and listening to your videos as well as your no nonsense approach to life. We all struggle as creators at times. I tend to get stuck in my head a lot but watching people like you really pull me out and help me to realize that we are just human. I've wanted to start watching the Fargo series and may start tonight. If you have Amazon Prime, Goliath with Billy Bob Thornton is a really good series as well!

I'm well, for practical intents & purposes a new subscriber. I recently found your channel and I can't tell you how glad I am that I did. I've been binge watching your channel, because not only am I in awe of your talent, I just love the way you make the viewers feel so comfortable - it's like going to a friends and sitting down in a nice comfy chair while enjoying a hazelnut coffee and a wonderful visit. I've wanted to try soaping for a good while now - I decide to do it, and each time I talk myself out of it, because I know it would be your basic exercise in futility, a major flop. You have raised my comfort level astronomically - I think in part, because I see a number of common traits in your personality and they way you speak - It's that "nice visit for coffee with a friend", down to earth, no rush ease you project, it's very nice - comfortable. I don't mean to sound creeperish, but you've been absolutely inspiring, and I've decided (yet again) to try soaping again - except this time, I'll not discuss it with myself at all. Thank you for that, because I do need to find something to do that would be not only be a great way to express myself, and be of a "therapeutic nature", but would be a useful endeavor as well. I look forward to seeing more from you!

ooooh, nice colors, and scent. i really learned to like figs. my dad grew figs in his back yard in his later years. and herr would make fig jam. super yum. i h ad never had it when i was young. mom would buy fig newtons when we were kids. no comparison though. fresh figs even in jam. are super yummo.

As creative people do sometimes, we tend to hit roadblocks of the mind. Where our "common" part of us takes over and doesn't let our "creative" part be free. Luckily, it usually doesn't take much to push that bitch back and get back to our "normal". Personally, I'd rather be poor, creative, and happy, than rich, common, and unhappy with a boss. As for your taste in music... Tiggy, nothing surprises me! You're a true crime, mystery, thrill watching, creative person! You can't cage a creative person into 1 genre' of music🤷‍♀️💜

At the moment I would love a soap cutter because in Tasmania Australia we have no suppliers for soap,candles,wax or cutters so takes more than 2 weeks to get delivery and nowhere near the choices of fragrances and micas
