Join me for a 25 minute pilates workout using a stability ball. This full body workout targets your entire body and will both strenghthen and stretch your muscles. Stability ball pilates will work your core, challenge your strength and improve your overrall stability and control. A challenging yet accessible workout for all levels and one to come back to on a regular basis as using a exercise ball is a great way to add another dimension to your practice.

Hi Rachel, I have been staring at my stability ball for a few months, thinking "Should I just give you away?" But I did this workout, and it was so great. Thank you for this. Would love more of these. Of course, I am saving it. It felt so good, especially the side stretches at the end. Thank you!

Dear Rachel you are a treasure! Can you show us some specific exercises on the pulatrs ball for a weak upper back? Not the shoulders but the middle of the bank. And neck! Thank you for your great work, Eva.

What a wonderful class Rachel. Short and challenging. Ooowee, I managed everything. I looooved the rolling over the ball stretching until my hands touched the floor. Felt so good.

Loved this!🥰👏 It is very warm and humid here so I was a very sweaty person after this class. I love how small movement can be so challenging and so helpful for our healthy journey to longevity ❤️

Wow, super challenging with my balance and ataxia issues, but I was able to do it all!🥵 A few scary moments when sitting and lifting a leg, put one hand against the wall, but I figured better safe than sorry! When we were kneeling and lifting our knees off the floor, my lower back was popping like crazy, but you’ve told us that’s ok, so I carried on😅the front stretches felt amazing - overall a delightful session I want to repeat, think it will be a real benefit for me, glad I ordered a ball for this one. Thanks so much, have a lovely weekend celebrating Kerwin’s birthday 🥳 love to him and sweet Boo, and thank you dearest Rachel, for your knowledge, creativity, and encouragement!❤😊

This was good made me realize how tight I was after increased swimming this summer. Monly part that was too hard was side leg lifts, maybe some knee padding needed

Really forced my abs to engage and took to a of pressure off my lower back. I think I need to do more exercises like these to force my core to work instead of my back. Thank you

So glad I remembered and repeated this one, I did much better! I copied you and did this on my mat - both ball and mat have a slightly sticky, non-slip surface, so this helped me feel more stable and able to control the ball, keep it from popping out from under me. Having only one balance nerve always makes right side moves difficult, but I brought my left foot a bit more to center so I could lift and point my right leg. I had to put my fingertips on the wall, but managed a few on my own! (Small victory!😅) I remembered your helpful proprieception tip from another video, to “feel my toes gripping the floor”, that helped! This was a great session for me, must repeat- thanks, Rachel, for all you do!❤😊

Just did this workout. I had to buy a balance / stability ball. I found it a challenge since I haven't used the ball before,especially the pelvic curl but will certainly do it again. As always Rachel, you challenge me.

This was awesome. I still really feel it in my abs. I did it this morning. I keep missing your live sessions😢. I usually have a conference call during that time. Hopefully, I can catch the next live session. Love love love the stability ball exercises.

Wow, Rachel! This is NOT what I expected but it was a VERY challenging and different workout. It definitely reminded me of that old expression: "Be careful what you pray for because you might just get it!" Very creative. I had to use a smaller (medium sized ball) for the side work as I am so short waisted that I couldn't put my hand flat on the floor when I had the larger ball under my arm while on my side. Fortunately, I had one on hand! I felt this workout especially in my legs when doing the roll ups which surprised me. I cycle a couple of times a week and thought my leg muscles were in pretty good shape but they were screaming at me while I was doing the roll ups! Thanks for another great workout! I LOVE the variety. :)

Rachel, what size ball should I be using? I was using a small one my son gave me many years ago. This was the first time I used it. I am thinking I have too small of a ball. It’s about 50cm tall. I found I was quite wobbly. Also, is it normal to feel “seasick” when rolling backwards over the ball?
