I bought Sarah’s Watercolor workbook from my local Art Gallery shop today and after watching YT reviews Sarah’s Modern Watercolor Botanicals is also a must have and will be ordering that. I am also one of five and my sister and I are both lefties, my parents not but , my grandmother was however, back in the day she was forced to use her right hand.

Loved this, Sarah is a lefty like me & that’s so encouraging, because it’s definitely a bit of a challenge not to mess up a painting or drawing due to dragging your hand across it, lefties draw/paint practically in mid air. Sarah’s circular paintings are so lovely and hearing a bit about her is so great! It was adorable seeing her little one run up next to her & she reached over to her while still having the interview with you…So grateful you shared this artist with us Becca! I enjoy ALL your videos, Blessings & love!!!

I started school in the days when they forced you to be righthanded. The positive side of that is that I'm now completely ambidextrous. It is fantastic to be able to do that for I had a brain embolism and my right-hand side wasn't working very well, then I merely switched to my left hand.

I am a lefty... super cool that you have so many left-handed "peeps" in your family. My brother and I are the only lefties in my family (our parents and two sisters are all righties). Thanks so much for getting together with Becca, sharing this tutorial. I have been drawing personal cards and painting them with watercolor paint. This was terrific, really enjoyed it. Painting with brush strokes is easier for me than drawing, so I really liked how Sarah explained the drawing part of the process. I love gouache too:) two out of three of my grown kids are left handed, but their dad (his father and two siblings are lefties) and I are right handed. Go figure!

Thank you, a great teacher, explained and demonstrated very well. A suggestion on the paper, you could paint before you fold the card, just make a score line to know where you will paint, that way you don't have to put a tape inside.

I'm a righty but I can use both hands. My granddaughter (Sariah) and uncle are left handed. I've only used watercolor once. I use acrylic all the time but would LOVE to add watercolor to my techniques. btw.... why do you keep saying wasabi? Wasabi is a thick paste, unless they have some that is liquid.

Asha Wheeler I t is a thick paste but most people (not me) mix it into their soy sauce really well before they dunk their sushi in it. I prefer to spread the straight paste on to the sushi.
