that is suh a genius design, I am absolutely fascinated by this approach. The only thing I don't really get yet is the floating point error - wouldnt it be possible to just snap the camera rig to the existing scene camera without it being at 0,0,0 ?

Will be buying this set of cameras here this week and since you ask everyone to share the renders, I’ll do just that. Expect an email in Blendermarket in about a week. I’ve got a couple animations I’ll be driving with the camera sets =D

Heck yea! just make sure you are aware of the floating point error i highly emphasis that limits movement of the camera away from (0,0,0) location. I hope you have had a chance to try out the two free ones on the page ! Feel free to email on blendermarket for questions of if you need help getting started !

@@JackToth I’ll try the free ones first. Based on what you’ve described it sounds like moving the scene around the camera vs the camera around the scene might be necessary, yeah?

@@cgooch_ really depends on the camera movement amount needed, ive had luck with small movements but for sure experiement yourself, the 28mm is the worst faring of the bunch in terms of effects from error. The other lenses are more like the free 105mm So try that one out for sure. Theres also a 30 day return policy with blender market so if it doesnt work out dont hesitate to use that, Animation wasnt a garuentee of mine, mostly still frame rendering was what these were geared for!

@@JackToth most of what I do will be still frame, but I’m currently noodling out some animations. At worst, the camera is moving a few meters in the current scene I’m testing out :) Good info all the same, thanks! I’ll start a few test with the camera later tomorrow ;)

Working on it!!! Going to be a while becuase im planning to do myself. Its already just 6 steps tho. Just expanded the video a bunch to demonstrate that a knowledge of photography would help users when using :)
