FLORIDA DISNEY WORLD VLOG: Universal Islands of Adventure, International Drive Mini Golf & Chillis

FLORIDA FEBRUARY 2024 Day Five!
We start our day at Windsor Hills Resort before jumping in the car and heading to Universal Orlando resort for early entry into Islands of Adventure park. We enjoy a ride on Hagrids Magical Motorbike Adventure, Spiderman and enjoy a coffee before heading to Universal Studios Park. We enjoy a ride on The Mummy and soak up the atmosphere on the streets with dancing and music!
After a break back at the Villa we head to International Drive to enjoy some of the best mini Golf we have ever played at Pirates Cove. The course and theming were absolutely amazing!
For dinner we went to Chilli’s Restaurant which again was delicious, fresh and tasty!

I ❤ the parks in the morning because it has this fresh feeling that makes me look forward to the day ahead. When it comes to vacations I'm definitely a planner but I also realize that a vacation should be relaxing & fun, so the ONLY things I plan for are dinner reservations and since I alway stay on site at Universal I plan for which days are for going to Disney.

We do a draft itinerary before we go and use that as a starter for ten , when we get there it’s then flexible around that initial itinerary, due to weather, tiredness etc , you have to adapt daily sometimes, but we do like to have an initial plan 😀

We go to pirates cove everytime. We love it. Used to play Bob Marley which added to the atmosphere… also everytime I heard his music it would take me straight back to there!

we are always supper organised and I plan the entire holidays including "Rest days" down to what time we get up and with a hand drawn calendar 😎 fair to say my entire family hate me by day 3 😂 but once we have done most the parks we then feel like we don't need to rush around like headless chickens and relax and just go with the flow x

Yes Spider-Man defo beats transformers. It doesn’t throw you around as much, I always get head aches from transformers. What a gorgeous morning for weather, makes up for all that rain you had. Adventure golf is another of our favourites and always visit. Got a video from many years ago of my son ( now 24 ) having a right old paddy because his ball disappeared on hole 18.

I’m super organised. I’ve made a little itinerary for our trip. Just a rough little guide so we can enjoy the parks and make sure we get enough rest time and do other bits. Where we’ve been a few times now we don’t feel the pressure to make sure the whole holiday is dictated by being in parks every day

Hagrids is one of the best two rides in the parks , with FOP in animal kingdom being the other in my view , that said we still haven’t done rise of the resistance or guardians of the galaxy yet 😁and the mummy and Space mountain are two of my favourites as well 👍🏻

Hi Andrew, amazing vlogs as always love the florida ones. Is there a reason you name some ‘day 1 day 2’ etc, and some you dont? Its so much easier to keep track of what vlog you are on when they are numbered 😌
