I used to for MK11 but mk1 does not have online practice mode, as soon as they add it you bet I'll do lessons!

Not to nitpick, but Quan Chi currently has an 8 frame jab. He has the slowest jabs in the game.

For a 7-frame startup move, is the first active frame on frame 7 or frame 8?

Another top tier content right here mate. What are our best options after the opponent does a D1, should we just D1 back to punish that D1 and follow up immediately with your fastest buttons?? I'd appreciate your input on this coz sometimes I back dash after my D1 and i normally catch them and full combo punish them but i cant against higher level players. What do u suggest me to do then???

It depends on the opponent, if they always press if their d1 gets blocked use a fast mid and full combo them. Otherwise yeah d1 to punish is best so that you get frame advantage and can start your offense

Sure thing, I have a metafy account but am currently not doing trainings until they add online practice mode, which is supposed to be coming soon
