Isa sa mga notorious na problem sa real estate ay ang Right of Way.
In this video lecture, I - discuss natin ang mga karapatan ng na humingi ng Right of Way kapag nasaradohan ka.
Discuss natin the rights of the dominant estate as well as the servient estate.
Discuss Din natin requisites needed to meet the requirements under law in order to be granted a road right of way.
I will discuss a true and actual scenario to demonstrate a right of way problem.

Napakalinaw ng paliwanag mo attorney and complete with a visual example pa, kahit na sinong hindi maalam sa batas ay talagang mauunawaan ng malinaw ang konsepto ng right of way dahil sa video na ito. More power to your channel!
