The original video is a Spanish guy, the video NL was reacting to was an AI translated version. I don't think there's a joke, it's just a combination of a bizarre translation and the weird inflection the AI voice does.

The Chapter is called ‘Hemomancer’ but I’m pretty sure it should be Haemomancer because it’s an individual who practices blood magic - ‘haemo-‘ usually refers to blood (from the Greek word Haema). Not a big deal, but could reflect poorly on your brand. A bit unprofessional.

Written Dutch can sometimes look like a funny misspelled version of English to an English speaker, Dutch spoken out loud usually doesn't. The start of the tweet, "We hebben een serieus probleem" looks at first glance like the English sentence "We have a serious problem" but written like it was said by somebody with a bizarre accent - perhaps Jar Jar Binks. Some of the mockery may also be amplified by people who know and disagree with Wilders' controversial and extreme political positions.
